Wildlife does not feel pain? Really? If they die covered in oil, it’s not a very Godly act, it’s a human catastrophe act. Pay up BP, that’s the risk of doing what you do.

    terrible, sure.
But do you know there are OVER 4000 off-shore oil & gas rigs out there in the Gulf of Mexico ?
This catastrophe was caused bt just ONE.

” Sixty percent of awarded money – if any – would go to the State Conservation Fund. The rest would go the district attorney’s office.”
Dang! That’s more than the scum sucking bottom scratchers usually get, isn’t it?

Joe Waitz has filed suit against oil giant BP, seeking money for “wildlife killed or hurt” …. wildlife does not feel pain and if they die, it’s an act of God. Hopefully your lawsuit will be transferred to the Federal bench in Houston, Texas and I’ll get to be on the jury.

Let’s be clear on who we’re dealing with here. New Orleans IS Louisiana and it’s been nothing but a money pit to the American economy. Conveniently located dead center in the path of any storm that enters the Gulf, it is a high risk area; always will be. It’s built BELOW SEA LEVEL and depends on dirt mounds and pumps to protect it from the Gulf aka Ocean. Let’s bet. How many time have the taxpayers bailed this sewer out? How many more times will it bail this sewer out? Now, the inbred politicians want more money over a bull_hit suit over injury to wildlife? What moronic judge would even allow this to be filed? It’s another effort to steal money for New Orleans. It’s time to cut our losses. Close the city and make the entire state a national park. We have other priorities.
