    The problem with some people is that they expect 100% accuracy from physicians. NOBODY else in life is held to that standard. Sometimes, an honest mistake is made. That doesn’t translate to malpractice and people shouldn’t be able to profit from it. The courts should read the definition of “malpractice”. Medical professionals do the best they can. If that isn’t good enough for people, then doctors should refuse to operate on them.
