I got the run around with this state for almost a MONTH to find out that what they were processing for me was completely wrong. People with answers were impossible to get a hold of. Emails were rarely responded to. Some emails their offices gave me were not even valid email addresses. Holland does not have my vote. The insurance commission for this state is a joke.
