    Kirkland was more thank likely riding without safety equipment, not paying attention to what he was doing and travelling too fast on the highway.

    ATV’s are not designed to run back country road speed limits (50 mph+) with their solid rear axles, low pressure tires and center of gravity. They are designed for OFF ROAD USE only. That is printed clearly on most of the plastic panels.

    Now the taxpayer is going to pay again for somebody’s stupidity who will not take responcibility for their own dumb actions.

    what was the surcumstance. was it dark, lights working, was the 4- wheeler properly maintained?
