Army corps of engineers. Isn’t that what everyone in the states blames for all their woes? My seat belt was flooded abd I couldn’t use it because….
The army corps should build a plan to flush out the entire state of bribery and decay.

The natural selection process in action. At least the public won’t have to pay the medical bills that would have ensued had they survived. I for one am tired of having my hard earned tax dollars wasted on trying to protect idiots from themselves. Nobody needs more education or awareness of the value of seat belts. It’s a personal choice not to wear them. In cases where it can be proven that wearing a belt would have saved a life and/or significantly mitigated injuries, I’d like to see medical and life insurance coverages denied

As Ron White says, you can’t fix stupid. It would be nice if the rest of us didn’t have to pay for stupid.
