No staff for him. He shared an office with another ANPAC agent, but this was all him. I had a friend that worked for the partner agent for a while. Their office location is closed up, with a different business located there now.
I bet he was scared when Hurrican Ike, was about 100 miles away, I am suprised he didnt leave the country.. What a dumb *** he got what he deserved !!!
I doubt his E&O would pay because it’s an intentional act done by the named insured. Now if he had a dishonest employee stealing premium, that might be.

Did he ever serve any time? He’s working at Hendrick Auto in Dallas now. Wonder if they know of his fraudulent past?
