If anything, this is a products liability case. Just another example of how people will do anything for quick buck. The
_hithole shacks they lived in probably had much worse in the way of contaminents than a new camper trailer.

In Tx we call itchy eyes and a burning throat/nose allergy season. Based on the info here, I see no reason why a case was brought. This is a get rich quick scheme.

I believe new carpeting has fumes that can cause allergy symptoms. This just tells us that the trailers were BRAND NEW!! If they hadn’t been new, these people would be suing because they were housed in OLD trailers and they would have had a problem with that! If you open windows and doors for a week or 2 the fumes will dissipate, and if you can’t handle it, get your own housing. I am tired of people milking this for all it’s worth, it’s just ridiculous.

Refund their rents instead! There are none! They were living in gov housing to begin with and probably NEVER paid a DIME in taxes their entire lives.
    Go see for yourself!

I don’t blame Fluor for being “annoyed”

Perhaps Obama can mediate and give these poor people half of this private business. Surely their execs are making too much money, working of course.

We help them and they want to sue. This does not help America and in fact should be a crime against the companies. I feel if the complainers loose they should be sued, which would mean sue the make a buck attorneys because their clients had no money prior or they would have moved. Charges need to be brought against the attorneys.
