    seems to me that this person is trying to help stay off a possible bankruptcy w/in the state due to the financial condition. but if the state has this unique coverage then it needs react as any other insurance. if they fail to pay on-time, then they should pay, or otherwise tell the other insurances they can fail not to pay on time — ooooh, how unfair! yeah right, gov’t needs to get out of getting insurance!!!

    Business as usual ; lets pay off the attorneys and do as we want. We shouldn’t even be appalled by this. its been the practice of these politicians for as long as Louisiana has been around.

    Whatever happening to the lawsuit against Rita and Katrina did we lose the case. It been so long since I heard anything or read anything. Please if you find anything let me know. I was apart of that lawsiut.
