    Tax payers are paying the attys for taking advantage of a situation of unheard of magnitude right after Katrina. A real shame.

    Agree! The real disgrace is to that group (all members) that filed the original suit against Citizens for not settling claims in a timely fashion. Yes, a previously agreed upon time frame. However, c’mon, get real: this was a storm unlike any ever imagined when drafting the Rules.
    Probably just another lazy opportunist group eyeing easy money.
    White collar crime! Disgusting!
    The honest understanding taxpayers will again be the bottom line losers.
