I’m now wondering if after the next big earthquake hits California I’ll be able to sue too because they didn’t make the bridge or building strong enough? Where’s the “fall guy” Must be someone else’s fault… never just plain old circumstance.
From what I have read and understand Katrina was long coming (like CA earthquake). I am sorry for the victims of the hurricane but sometimes bad stuff happens that nobody planed for.
Biting the hands that feed you isn’t smart. Katrina victims need the Army Corps help now more than ever, not sure a law suit helps anyone other than the lawyers.

If you lived there you would understand the problem was the Corps. They alone are responsible for the MRGO and it’s severe damage to the lives and homes of Orleans and St. Bernard parishes. TheCorp went against every environmental group in the nation and against eh concerned citizens living near the canal. It would have been in their best interest to listen to the judges words. Now it’s up to the lawyers.
