    No, his moma told him to quit using it. Once he started these stunts she didn’t want anyone to know for sure that he was her son. She gave it to him, so she can take it away.

    So his defense is that all of his actions were approved? Good, more power to you…name names, produce memos, signatures, whatever. That’s what these guys always claim and then after a few months of silence some sort of plea bargain is announced. Just for once, let’s see a real defense.

    Oh, never mind, just joking, this is Louisiana after all.

    This is the winner of the 2008 Least Surprising Award for the Insurance Industry.
    The surprise would be if an Insurance official in the quasi-governmental side of Louisiana insurance was NOT indicted for some kind of fraud or theft.
