well, it would take a lot to prove that someone ran her off the road. she could probably be suspicious of such thing, but proving it is another story. as far as the other ATC advising a plane to turn into hers, i think that was not a scare tactic, because whom are you scaring? the pilots and passengers? anyone in the tower of a situation like that should be scared of their job, including the ATC that told the plane to turn. good thing about this is that all radio calls w/the tower are recorded. that can be proved as to who made the mistake.

These usually end up in a “he said/she said” argument. Which is sad, because if she can at least prove a few of them, it would be super easy to convince a judge/jury that any other incedent is very possible. I have personal experience in the airline carrier job arena, and it is very competitive. So much so that we have to keep a MUCH closer eye on the individuals like controllers who have an instantanious single say in the outcome of so many people’s lives and property. It’s not an easy job, or a lightwieght job. So if one individual cries foul, there should be a very large move on what they are saying. And the information on that needs to be public. Period.

Personally, I hope she wins. Folks need to stop with the fighting, this is a sad view of human issues. Issues where there are no innocent parties. On either side.

this woman is bat guano crazy. sounds like your typical entitlement/extortionist lawsuit. she should have taken the $50K nuisance settlement offer. i hope this goes to trial and she gets cruxified.
