Fire officials in Tulsa, Okla. said a torch cutting mishap led to a blaze that caused more than $1 million in damage to a local business.
Fire Capt. Michael Baker said the fire at Harley Hollan Excavating started when hot metal debris from torch-cutting operations smoldered and ignited a pile of combustible material.
The fire caused extensive damage to the workshop area but the business was unoccupied and no injuries were reported.
