Seems that everytime there’s a crisis, human garbage appears on the scene to make it worse. I’d suggest these hard-working farmers just stake-out their fuel tanks some night with a varmint rifle and infra red scope. Add a consequence to deviant behavior and you may change it. Or, for those bleeding hearts who think that’s too draconian, a nice German Shepard or Doberman would do nicely.
