A little “due diligence” on the part of the University would have been appropriate – especially considering they are called “Bone Krusher Entertainment”. and the event was “Caged Fury” – Don’t care that they thought that it was a “Karate” exhibition – Why wouldn’t they want to make sure it was appropriate for the venue if they are so worried about “Family Entertainment” (and sadly, in many familes… this is entertainment!)
Don’t have a copy of the contract but I’m sure there was something in there that would have raised a flag…
Sad it has to happen – something about let the buyer beware!
