Since WC data is readily available for all 50 states from all the major carriers why not do a nation-wide comparison and make it more comprehensive? Or do what R asked and name the other states. 1. they are more claims conscious than other parts of the country.
2. when injured, they have no incentive to return to work asap as they’re content to be on the dole.
3. they know how to milk the system.
It would be interesting to see how many have filed multiple claims.
