i don’t see any where that says the agent was charged with anything. it’s never the guilty person we blame any more. it’s always someone elses fault. the guy pled guilty! he’s a scumbag and it’s his fault he’s a scumbag, no one elses.
This is just the Texas oilmen’s way of doing things, boys. Take a look at the USexecutive branch (and the veep’s office–he has argued he is not part of any governmental branch) and you’ll see how the way bidness is done in Texas has become the way bidness is done by the US gummint. This guy just broke rule no. 1, “don’t get caught.”
