Goveror Henry, an attorney himself, appears to have been bought & paid for by the trial lawyers association so it’s unlikely he’d kill the goose that keeps laying their golden eggs.

Even when both branches of the legislature overwhelmingly agree to have reform comparable to neighboring states, he digs his heels in.

Where’s Frank Keating when you really need him?

This is a governor who vacations, hunts and fishes with the plaintiff bar. They paid for his run for governor. I expect to see him run for U.S. Senator…again all paid by trial lawyers. The representative is being naive if he thinks any tort reform legislation will make it off this guy’s desk. But it gives some Democrat legislators a chance to vote for it so they can show their constituents that they are “progressive” politicians…
We voted in “Lottery Brad” and are getting what we deserve. At least he’s term limited and can’t run again…
