    INDEMNITY!! What ever happened to that principle?
    How can ANY court allow an insured to collect more that the loss is worth? I agree that the policies should pay their proportionate share of the damages (UP TO the value of the damage, or in the event of a total loss, the value of the risk.)
    Is the legal system in Louisiana and Mississippi really the figment of Lewis Carroll’s imagination?
