=Nagin wrote that while he agrees the situation is urgent, moving families to apartments or hotels isn’t an appropriate solution. The plan, he said, “will lead only to a second great displacement, as current trailer residents will be moved from New Orleans to apartments and hotels elsewhere in the Gulf Coast region.”

Because what’s important is that they stay hostage to him under his jurisdiction, regardless of how their health is affected, and that their votes not be diluted in other jurisdictions. Typical Democrat.

Since the trailers have fumes, how about taking them away, airing them out for another year and putting the good people of New Orleans in tents until the trailers can be returned.

Why would anyone who has graduated from the 3rd grade believe Ray Nagin about anything? What a dope! If he says it is a bad idea to relocate these folks, then, by all means, do it yesterday
