    I whole-heartedly agree. If you are not abiding by the laws put in place to protect everyone, you should not benefit!!! I bet you would have fewer uninsured motorists and fewer lawsuits!

    This bill might pass the House, but will never see the light of day in Oklahoma’s Senate (trial lawyerville) let alone the now-liberal Supreme Court. It’s clearly unconstitutional.
    Why doesn’t the legislature pass a law to impound every car driven by uninsured motorists? If no proof of insurance was shown, the car could be sold by the State or sent to the crusher. Eventually the uninsured would run out of money and/or cars…

    Pay to play or else go home. If you don’t bother to have insurance, you shouldn’t be allowed to collect from someone else’s.
