    um….if 15 folks died and 170 wounded and they are going to settle for an additional $50 mil for this…that does not make any sense…i think that lives are more costly than criminal/civil charges…these families deserve to make sure they have enough money to take of the various activities needed…poss salary loss for those that passed away, medical and funeral expenses…any further medical or other needs in the future…
