Who is he kidding. He can charge whatever he wants or what the market can bear. No one forced him into a direct repair relationship with carriers. In fact the only reason he had 18 shops to begin with was the relationship he had with the auto carriers. Sounds more like sour grapes over his own fiscal mismanagement than any evil empire insurance cabal
Really. Why not sell them? Why close up shop? Why not just close the unprofitable ones and sell the rest? He had a lengthy article in Collision Week blaming insurance company DRP programs for not letting him make money, as if they had guns to his head.

i’ll bet none of these responses are from a body shop owner so i guess they have no idea what we go through
