    1. 2005 – Hurricane Rita winds tore apart roofing shingles tar sealant bonds in South East Texas. Shingles cannot reseal because of debris contamination.

    2. Allstate and State Farm “adjusters” pretend that that form of shingle damage is not shingle damage.

    3. Allstate drops Texas homeowners. Quietly shifts their hurricane Rita damage liability responsibility to the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association.

    4. 2007 – Hurricane Humberto hits south east Texas. That damage (seemingly) masks over hurricane Rita damage. T.W.I.A. picks up Rita/Allstate-State Farm indemnification tab.

    5. Both AS & SF are unaware how Rita damage and Humberto damage can be “discovered”.

    6. Controversy happens after process to determine separate events unfolds and exposes AS & SF hurricane Rita claim handling conduct.

    7. Allstate & State Farm ponder their next move to convince the public of their sincerity.

    8. The FBI doesn’t buy their message, examines their actual claim handling practices.

    9. Other stuff happens.

how soon before we hear Governor Kathleen Blanco calling a press conference and denouncing President Bush for his failure to predict this terrible catasthrope. she must be out in the hinderlands assuring everyone that free money is on the way and everyone should remember that the democrats are responsible for the free money but that Prsident Bush was responsible for the hurricane.
