Right…That is impossible to collect on anything that is covered because the policy excludes anything that could possibly destroy your home.

    Power of lies & deception…

    Dear Edward B. Rust, Jr.:

Lying, pretending to by kind, trickery and injustice are the way John Pegg and Marc McCaslin have decided to treat my family and I. Mr. Rust, this is not about money, it is about how these two men do business. I put my trust in them and they decided to coil and bite me. I was told that if it was not in writing that it never happened, and I was told that if I didn’t like it to get an attorney. This really concerns me, not only on our claim, but on behalf of all policy owners of State Farm. I have been absolutely outraged at the handling of all of this. I ask that you please call me or make an appointment for me so that I can talk to you in person. These men reflect the State Farm Company, and you as President, and attitudes like theirs not only increases the cost of insurance to the public, but destroys trust and confidence from policyholders.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Sincerely,
Melanie cc: John Pegg, Claim Representative
    Marc McCaaslin, Claim Section Manager

And, please note—-after many phone calls and letters, I was told by Edward Rust\’s secretary, Dianne, that Mr. Rust would never call me; that it would NEVER happen EVER! We were customers and Mr. Rust does not care how customers are treated. As you all know, a mutual insurance company is owned by its policy holders. Since when did a CEO develop the right to ignore all of the owners of the company and deny them access to his ivory tower?
