Let me see if I understand.
The kid was speeding, AND passing on a curve marked \’no passing\’?

The Moody\’s should just admit their son had a fatal error in judgement and that they are poor beknighted victims trying to extort money for their son\’s crime.

I agree. Its sad the young man died
but his decisions led to his death, not the vehicle he traveled in.

The glut of new and used Ford Explorers on the road seem to indicate that, when used as directed, the vehicle remains upright.

I agree with you Cliff, if we lived in a perfect world. However, we don\’t and it is extremely rare to find a person to admit personal accountibility and/or responsibility in their actions (or the actions of their children) when they know full well that all they have to do is find an ambulance chaser and file a frivilous lawsuit against any deep pocket, role the dice and wait for a huge payout at the end (whether via a trial by jury or settling prior to trial).
