In-lieu of the fines & imprisonment, he should be required to complete the work he has already been paid to do & if it\’s been done, then he should have to pay the homeowners & insurance companies back what he swindeled from them + increased expenses for what he put them through. Then let him stay out of jail & try to feed his family on the peanuts he has left, if any. NO Government assistance for a min of 5 years either!

Is a man or woman not innocent till proven guilty should not this man have his day in court before we hang him in the media? Has it not occurred to you that this man did do the work? Perhaps we should dig a lot deeper and look to those whom we have trusted to govern instead of blindly believing everything they say. Smoke and mirrors is a very effective tool that the government uses. They want us to focus on these very small contractors instead of looking at them!! Wake up America before it is to late.

Well, with the numbers against him I am not positive from seeing for myself that this man has taken advantage of others… But is sure looks that way! So you, with compassion for all, I hope you don\’t trust this man & his company to do any repairs on your home! Or… maybe you should be sure to call him first the next time you need some repairs or for remodel, so you can find out what lies behind the smoke & mirrors! Perhaps if this man had put down the smoke & stopped chopping on mirrors, he could have taken care of his business instead of taking away from those that had trusted him with the needed help he promised before he took the money & ran! God Bless all, but He will reveal the ones that do wrong!

Yeah, he might be a good guy, but he still got arrested & they tend to arrest folks for a reason.
Maybe the dad could spend a little time teaching his children how to spell, or at least how to use spell check.
