Our home sat on the market for more than 9 months and we finally took it off because of the comments made by those that came to see our home. There are approx 15 homes on sale in a 2 block radius and some have been on the market for close to a year… But the City Appraisal Dept. increased the value of our home $200,000???? This is ridiculous… HELP. Can I get a copy of the new flood map so that I can face the Appraisal review board a little more prepared. Thanks
