    Obviously fraud of $17,699 for FEMA re-imbursement is a crime, but there are a lot of bigger fish in the sea, doing the same thing.

    Hardly a big case for the federal agents.

    Yeah, there are bigger fish, but if you keep the minnow population down too, it helps!

    As far as the people @ FEMA that approved the funding to this & others too, when you take people on their word & they sign a statement that what they have told you & provided to you is the truth to the best of their knowledge, do you help those in need or send them all on to another to be picked apart & verified? If it took them 3 weeks to help get some $ to those that were totally displaced, what makes you think that the research would take less than 6 months? Ever hear of Bureaucratic BS, I mean red tape?

    It\’s good to know that they are not just taking the loss & that they are willing to impose the maximum penalties allowed by law!
