If this was published monthly it would bring new light to all those that continue to do business the \”WRONG\” way! You know who you are if you are doing it wrong! If you are doing it wrong because you were never trained to do it correctly, there should be help available so that you can get these things cleared up, but it would be good for us, the consumers to know who is who in the world of bad insurance agents & reps so that we can avoid, along with our friends & families!
