Maybe the land is getting squished into the Gulf because of the weight caused by increased obesity… or maybe it\’s just because of all of the weight of the federal money wasted down there… either way, it\’s going to happen.

Maybe Mayor Bloomberg could have all of the NYC restaurants send their unused trans-fats to N.O. to be used to float the city and bolster the levees. If the stuff clogs arteries think of what it can do with cracked levees!! Hey Fat Tuesday is only a month or so away.

Won\’t work Mr. Recall, think of all the fish that will have heartattacks or congestive heart failure due to the increase in trans fats in the water…

Lets start dumping all that cash into the
Gulf and see if we can\’t arrest (sorry,
dirty word in that town) that sinking
feeling that goes with trying for 200
years to build on unbuildable substrate.

I say we just give it a good shove and maybe it can float over to Cuba like the giant turd it is. Sorry, Chocolate Turd according to Nagin.

We can force the insurance companies to pay for an anti-subsidence/anti skid system to prevent New Orleans from sliding away. Looks at all the profits carriers have pocketed over the years, knowing little by little, the area they insure is getting smaller while it is swallowed up by the gulf.

Where\’s Dickie Scruggs when you need him? I\’m sure there is a plaintiff expert who will testify the slippage is caused by barometric pressure, and not flooding.

I have already petitioned the Courts with a class action lawsuit on behalf of all the harmed fish if they decide to use NYC\’s trans fat in the water. Ha ha people.
