The 2005 hail storm was officially March 25th, 2005. Why don\’t you write an article about how many insurers failed to pay overhead and profit on the roof claims resulting from that storm and then compare it with the 2006 hail storm so the world can see just how successful the insurance industry has been in defying the Texas Department of Insurance. Anyone who does not understand what I\’m talking about can email me at help@maintenance-free-exteriors.com

    What do you mean by-

\’Why don\’t you write an article about how many insurers failed to pay overhead and profit on the roof claims\’

    and,

\’see just how successful the insurance industry has been in defying the Texas Department of Insurance\’?

Too- Along with roofing damage, what all other common wind/hail/rain damage have you seen on a [typically] damaged residential/business property?

Who\’s involved? Every insurer operating in the State of Texas who fails to pay overhead and profit on roofs. Some trickery is employed to make it appear as though what I am saying is not true but the truth is that I have yet to see overhead and profit paid on roofs resulting fro these two storms.

I don\’t know how much clearer I could be when suggesting an article be written about the widespread defiance of TDI aka Texas Department of Insurance commissioner\’s bulletin #B-0045-98. Just go to the TDI website and enter \”B-0045-98\” in the search box.

I didn\’t feel it necessary to specifically reference the bulletin since I already have confirmed that the bulletin still stands as TDI\’s position on overhead and profit. Perhaps reading the bulletin over and over will make my intentions clear. I want TDI to know that there are many of us out there who know that TDI is seemingly doing nothing for homeowners who are not being paid overhead and profit on their roofs.

You don\’t understand? Defiance is a fairly common word used when someone or some group defies a mandate someone in a position of authority has made.

Success typically is used when we discuss accomplishments. In my opinion the insurance industry has successfully defied TDI.

Now that we have the words you seem to be questioning defined I can put it to you another way. Let\’s take a poll from victims of these two storms and see how many got paid overhead and profit on their roofs. Then let\’s provide everyone who had a claim resulting from these two storms a reply mailer where they can send copy of their claim for close examination with the intent of finding tricky formatting and other sneaky methods of writing a claims summary to where the insured has no idea if back door math or other crafty manipulations are employed. That\’s a long sentence for a small hawk-headed creature like you but it is grammatically correct.

Not likely to happen even though TDI should have their finger on this ongoing defiance. Kind of makes you wonder about the integrity of those TDI employees. This is why we have Plaintiff lawyers and more importantly, plaintiffs. Rest assured oh small brained hawk of a man… heads will roll over this subject.

Now, about other common \”stuff\” with the hail… imagine taking steel balls the size of golf balls and firing them with a volume equal to one hit within 6 square inches per second for 10 minutes at a 15 degree angle at any type of construction. Hopefully this will create the visualization you were hoping for regardless of you brain size.

My past customers call me looking for resolve. I investigate only to find that they are customers for whom I have done work for over the past 25 years… Policyholders who are being compelled to act as contractors. Then I walk away because they look to me for warranty issues and I am not in the business of doing work with no profit while knowing they will call me as soon as something goes wrong. It\’s a slap in the face to endure abandonment of the trust I hold with these loyal customers when I tell them that they have to go it alone. Yes it\’s a money issue. If you are in business you best be in business to make money. Otherwise you create a shortcut to bankruptcy. Now you, you offer nothing to tell the policyholder whereas I offer integrity because I warranty all my work… even a window screen… for as long as the client owns the home. Meet me in the field and I\’ll show you misery. Do you have a mother? Most certainly. Are you a mother helper or a …

I\’m not hiding. My first post listed my business email help@maintenance-free-exteriors.com

Now, I give you my personal email kenv@austin.rr.com

I live in Austin, Texas. Call me at 1-800-738-0000. Call my cell phone at 1-512-426-1438.

    You need to meet me.

You are like a child starving to be punished for the bad things you\’ve done. I\’m just the guy to show you redemption.

However, narrow is the path and few are those who find it.

How dare you find greed in my message and deeds. You wake up and see your maker. Deprogramming for your affliction is available. It\’s called truth, integrity and fair dealing indoctrination.

Doctrine is a principle of thought. There are only two ways to think about anything… from a divine or human viewpoint.

Anyone who tells you otherwise is a liar, an arrogant fool or just simple minded.

My mentor taught me to embrace truth, integrity and fair dealing. It was an easy choice knowing that he owned all the money.

Consider these words of wisdom or be bankrupt. As Johnny Cash said \”There\’s a man goin\’ \’round takin\’ names. An\’ he decides who to free and who to blame. Everybody won\’t be treated all the same… The hairs on your arm will stand up… at the terror in each sip and any sup. Will you partake of that last offered cup? Or disappear into the potter\’s ground… When the man comes around.\”

It\’s a song about choices of extreme gravity: http://hit-country-music-lyrics.com/johnnycashlyrics-mancomesaround.html

Wow, sounds like a money issue for Ken, rather than the \”shafted\” insured. Someone looking to profit from the misery of others?
