When confronted he stated he was duped by the industry into passing the legislation. Any 1st year lawyer will tell you that sufficiency of a contract is not enforced by the court. If the funeral homes made a mistake then they should pay for their mistake as should anyone else. Can Louisiana afford Mr. Cain\’s wreckless actions?
