So the Astros attorney says \”Big surprise-and insurance carrier doesn\’t want to pay…\” Bigger surprise: a plaintiff attorney that wants an ins. co. to pay something that they don\’t owe according to the contract and is willing to force the ins co to incur legal expense to put them over a barrel. Maybe the Astro\’s attorney should have read the policy before he let them buy it.

Could you be more specific? I have 4/5 accounts with them now and have never had any problems in over 5 years of working with them.

Actually, I\’ve placed many of my clients with Applied Underwriters and have found that they have SAVED thousands of dollars. This is not just my word, but the word of my accountant as well as my clients. I still haven\’t heard an actual solid issue, Claude, what is your real problem?
