    Can it be? I am very surprised that a big wig from Flahive and the other two puppets from the insurance side were not used. Wow ,I feel a heart beat down at TDI. Great work!

    Darwin? Darwin! Isn\’t there anyone else but a person named Darwin to represent injured workers? ….only in Texas.

    If you think injured workers do not have rights try being out on disability alone without all of the work comp laws in your favor. There is no one to help a WORKER in Texas who is injured and has insurance coverage under short-term or long-term disability. Injured workers have many more rights. Texas is very pro-claimant. You should try being where I have been in the past few months. Count your blessings that you have someone on your side………
