Looks to me like the claiment attorney is looking for a deep pocket knowing that most insurance compamies will roll over and offer something to end the litigation. Why doesn’t someone intoduce legislation to make a claimant who loses in court responsible fot the legal expenses of the person whom he sued. Oh, I forgot, it would reduce the income for attornies on both sides of the issue as fewer people would sue if it was going to cost them dearly when they lose in court.

Sorry, but they really aren’t looking for money, although I’m sure they wouldn’t turn any down. Their goal is to discredit (and maybe get some crazy judge to invalidate) the election where the three Democrats were defeated, and to scare corporations from contributing to GOP PACS in Texas.

What they are hoping to find, through an ever-widening list of defendants, is some mention of quid pro quo to prove that the PAC was a front for direct corporate contribution to GOP candidates, which is illegal in Texas.
