It seems to me that someone should be liable other than Covenant Home warranty. For example, who endorsed or authorized CHW to operate. Who financially backed CHW? Just like a bank is endorsed or backed by Federal REserve. Covenant HOme warranty should have been checked out more thoroughly as to their credibility, and financial soundness. Was Angela Keith the only human person responsible for paying claims? How did one person gain all the power to run an insurance company? I think more media attention should have been devoted to protect new home buyers today. Maybe there are other such scam companies doing business right now in Tulsa, and Oklahoma. Maybe not all warranty companies are fly-by-night operations, but I plan on informing as many people as I can, including Tulsa World newspaper, Channel 2, 6, and 8 in Tulsa. Realtors are also responsible. Our realtor suggested using Covenant Home Warranty, when we purchased our home June 15, 2005. Therefore, all realtors in Tulsa should know who they are recommending. It seems to me that people like myself who loose $2500 should be able to get some relief. I talked to Kim Holland on phone and she said, get in line, its a long line. That was 3 months ago. Guess we are just S.O.L.
