The only good news is that the Feds have him in custody. If it was a state jurisdiction, he’d be back on the street before sundown!

a crooked cop?unless he’s a robot, why would anybody be surprised.people,he’s human(imperfect!).it’s unfortunate that a person who is designated to safeguard the population is in fact doing something that may damage a member(s) of that same population.i just read were an assistant prosecutor here in illinois had a man killed about 20 years ago because he feared that man(whose dogs had been killed by the a.p.)was going to come after him with the intention to kill him.
this is a person who puts people in jail for breaking the law and he himself is comitting the worst crime possible!.unfortunately we human beings are flawed and will make mistakes, commit crimes no matter what position in society we occupy(that includes leaders of industry, politicians, etc.)

Yeah, we are imperfect. But what I don’t like is when law officers are given special lenient consideration when convicted of a crime, supposedly because they have put their lives on the line, and receive far less sentences than would an average citizen. I feel they should be held to an equal or higher standard. I have been a law officer, city councilman and military officer. Wrong is wrong, regardless.
