Insured was employed by father and severly injured on the job but because father did not by Workers Comp. and he had received 2 bids for the coverage and the health ins. did not cover Mr.Brown on the job,as was explained to both Mr. Browns an the father actully stated agent didn’t do anything wrong in the deposition. So yes I think our system needs some changes.

Since February 21, 2005, Marsh McLennen; AON and Willis have agreed to pay over one billion dollars in damages to their business victims. Several brokers have been indicted. If passed, this bill would only encourage more insurance fraud and would do nothing to protect innocent policyholder victims.
