Does it surprise anyone that TWCC is taking their dog & pony show out in public post facto in this matter. With the future existence of the Commission in serious jeopardy due to pending reform legislation, it seems like someone at the commission is trying to justify their (continued) existence by telling all those refinery workers’ families why it was their fault for being killed/injured.
