It appears to me that the Insurance Commissioner has it out for us, the small minority contractors.It also seems to me that the Insurance Commissioner does not want us to bid or even receive the opportunity to do big jobs where we might make a few bucks to keep our families in food and shelter. Why pick on the only people who are willing to help. It all seems wrong.
