PRAISE GOD THIS CHILD IS ONCE AGAIN SAFE…NOW WE NEED TO FIND A WAY TO KEEP THINGS LIKE THIS FROM HAPPENIN AGAIN…INTERNET NEEDS STRICTER CODES WHEN IT COMES TO TEENS….OLDER MEN GOIN INTO TEEN CHAT ROOMS POSIN AT KIDS WE HAVE GOT TO FIND A WAY TO STOP THIS ..THANK GOD SHE WAS NOT A VICTIM OF DEATH….
Honestly I think the only real way to stop this is at home… Now im not making any assumtion, or allegation that this childs parents are at fault in any way, its the perpetrators fault… however… I think whether our children like it or not we need to be more involved as parents in their lives, both on and off line. Be the bad guy… snoop… set up parameters to log conversations, that can help in a reactionary way… but proactively, talk to your kids, let them know what is out there, if they meet someone online that they would like to meet, fine… but you be there to make sure its legit. Set boundaries and copy all of the information you can find on what CAN and does happen, to kids just like them. Im not a professional, and i still cribge when i see my kids blasting around the internet… this room and that room. But dont ever turn a blind eye, because i would bet, that this girls parents would NEVER have thought that this would happen to them. By the grace of God she is ok… but this problem isnt going away any time soon.
May this man burn in hell…but why is this topic listed? How does this impact me as an insurance professional? I just think that this is the wrong place to have a discussion on this particular topic.
My take on predators is that there should be no tolerance…condemn them to death.
Thank God, this one turned out okay. I’m
sure parents in both States are breathing a sigh of relief. I’m sure her family will still need all of us to keep them in our thoughts an prayers in the future. They have some difficult times ahead of them.

Amen. Now may I have a few moments alone with that man, my dog and a whip.
AMEN
