    They never call you back, never answer the phone and give you the runaround like you would NOT believe. If you ask for a supervisor —- good luck —- they dont call back either!

    Ihad a car ina local dealership body shop for around 2mouths.Before they got together to fix it.nowthey still didn,t fix the windshled wipers.When it was in the deal to check them.As of the day.I,m still trying to get my wipers fix.

    On Sept 14, my car was stolen. I reported it immediately to the police and Affirmative. The police recovered my car on Sept 17. On Sept 18, I sent the car to be repaired. I received the claim paperwork in the afternoon mail on Sept 18. I have been calling the claims adjuster for over a week. I have been with this company for almost 5 years and NEVER had a claim. I would like my car repaired. However, I have been unable to speak with the claims adjuster or his supervisor. I am not receiving the services I have been paying for!!!!!
