An investigation of the perjury of State Farm Executives would be a good start. I have the documentation to prove the perjury. Rich Pyorre Fort Bragg, CA

    Dear Hoffmeister:
Do you even begin to understand how much loss and suffering that thousands of injured workers are being put through by insurance companies who choose to deceive?

You complain about fraudulent claims. But, how could that happen if state medical boards are doing their jobs? Oh… that’s right, they would have to shut down the store front doctors that insurance providers use to wrongfully deny claims. They might prosecute those substandard rehab clinics that often hurt the patients more than they help.

What if states passed tough laws that send doctors and patients to jail for cheating insurance companies and claims examiners to jail for cheating injured workers? That would be interesting, wouldn’t it?
