    Section 73 of HB2661 mandates that all insurance rates be rolled back 25% below January 1, 2003 rates. This will devastate the industry in Oklahoma if passed and reduce state revenues by approximately $20 Mil in premium taxes. Independent Insurance Agents of Oklahoma oppose this bill in it’s current form.
