Chubb VP to Speak at I&RM Oil & Gas Conference

The Insurance & Risk Management in the Oil & Gas Industry conference to be held Oct. 27, at the Crowne Plaza Houston in Houston, will feature an inside look at how insurers evaluate potential insureds in the oil & gas sector.

Gene Goodridge, vice president of the Chubb Group of Ins. Cos., will kick off the summit with a presentation called “Getting the Most for Your Insurance Dollar” which will describe specific steps to take to make oil & gas concerns desirable to Insurers. Goodridge will also discuss how to balance coverage and costs and other general liability issues. Other speakers will address pressing questions such as: How secure is your project? How can you guarantee your project obtains the necessary coverage? What happens when difficulties arise during the claims process? How can your company manage project problems before they occur?
