Superior Access Writing Texas Condos, Townhomes

Richard Swoy, chairman of Superior Access Insurance Services, announced a new A.M. Best “A” rated, admitted market in Texas for condominiums and townhouses.

Owner occupied, seasonal or tenant occupied units are eligible. Some of the coverage highlights provide for actual cash value of personal property up to a maximum of $200,000; 10 percent personal property limit for loss of use and $1,000 dwelling is included but can be increased up to $100,000. Policyholders can opt for a choice of personal property limits of $25; $50; $100 or $300,000.

If personal liability is purchased, medical payments and workers’ compensation will be included. Medical payments to others pays up to $500 per person with a $5,000 occurrence limit. Replacement cost coverage is available as an option and applies to unscheduled property up to $25,000.
