    Given that the Justice Department did not name the hospital in its press release and court documents took great steps to protect the victims, was it really necessary for your publication to name the victims?

    Irony…Insurance Claims Journal writes “Gargan said he would have had to shut down his company if he filed a claim with his professional liability claim”. Had it occurred that if Gargan had the sense to file a claim, that the downward spiral would not have happened? Why would a $100,00 claim that have collapsed the company, when the limits of coverage would have been multiples of that?

      I agree with the second part of your comment in how could a PL claim bring down his company. He didn’t make a claim knowing his intentional acts would not be covered but uncovered in the investigation.
