Purdue’s Sacklers Ask to Publish Defense to Clear Their Name

    Homicide is a general intent crime. The Sacklers that were Board Members and Officers knew full well people were dying from their marketing and promotional materials – and their turning a blind eye to the volume of sales in small rural areas… those deaths are a “direct, likely and probable” consequence of their actions and inaction. That fits the definition of General Criminal intent. If they want a trial or formum to discus it, lets give to them in the form of 2nd Degree Murder and/or Voluntary Manslaughter. Over 400,000 Americans died, more than twice the number that died killing Nazi’s in WWII. Unfortunately our State AG”:s are too incompetent or chicken sh*t to take them on.
