    Having handled and adjusted P&C claims for the past four decades at the Broker’s level, I can assure you that the majority of P&C claims are strategized within that first phone call to a client’s Broker and, or its in-house Claims Expert. It may be financially beneficial for simple auto or homeowner’s claims, but beyond that, I believe that the great majority of insured’s still seek SERVICE with a smile… throughout the life of their claims.
